Hotel Reservations

The Cropping Packages do not include the hotel rooms for overnight stays.  It will be your responsibility to make your hotel reservations. 

We have reserved a block of rooms at the Dolce Basking Ridge for a very reasonable rate of $89 per night.  You may have up to 4 people in a room and the rate remains $89. (Divide that cost up among the people staying in your room.  If you’d like to upgrade to a suite, the rate is $149 per night and can accommodate up to 4 people.)

I just wanted to post a reminder that Registration for the March 11 - 13, 2011 Scrapbook Weekend ends Friday, February 18, 2011. 

In addition to registration, all payments are due Friday, February 18 as well.  There will be a $15 service fee added to any payments received after February 18.

Fall Getaway Weekend: Revised Registration Form!!

We have revised the Fall Getaway Weekend Registration Form!!

The packages and the pricing is the same as in the original form.  We have streamlined the registration to make it easier to read, and give you more flexibility with your meals.

Here are the main changes:

1. the package prices include:  Continental Breakfast and Dinner daily.  If you want a Hot Breakfast or Lunch, there is an additional charge.
2. You are now responsible to make your own room reservations.  We have reserved a block of rooms at the reasonable rate of $89/night.  When you and your roommates are ready, just call the hotel with the room block code (available soon), and make your reservation!!

We are very excited to be offering another Weekend Getaway this October!  The Dolce Basking Ridge is easily accessible from route 287.  There will be plenty of cropping space for you to spread out and complete lots projects throughout the weekend.  The chairs are ergonomic and very comfortable and we’ll have breakout rooms for classes.  There will be power strips setup for laptops and wireless internet throughout the hotel. Coffee, tea, water, soda and snacks will be available at the cropping room kiosk throughout the entire weekend.  The fitness center, swimming pool, and whirlpool will also be available to use.  Dining will be in the Vita Restaurant.  There will be people to assist you with your luggage and cropping supplies when you arrive and all gratuities throughout the weekend are included.

The Fine Print:  To reserve your space, please print out the attached registration form and send it with your deposit of $75.00 made payable to Chris Litchfield.  Registration closes on 9/20 or when the event is filled, whichever comes first.  Payments are to be made by the following dates. 

With Registration: $75.00 August 13: $75.00   September 23: balance

Payments received after September 23 are subject to a $10 service fee

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may cancel with a refund minus a $15 processing fee up to three weeks before the event.  No refunds for cancellations will be given after 9/20.  However, your reservation is transferable to another person up to the date of the event. If a roommate cancels, the remaining guest(s) will be responsible for the difference in the room amount.
