I know that most of you have never met him. I'm pretty sure that some of you don't even think he exists. I talk about him so much that you probably think that he is my "imaginary friend"!!
This is my brother-in-law Chris, AND HE WAS NOMINATED FOR A TONY AWARD THIS MORNING for his choreography in the Broadway play South Pacific (actually both plays that he choreographed - South Pacific and Sunday in the Park with George are up for Best Musical Revival)!!
I can't even begin to express how proud we are of him!! He is so deserving of this honor. I actually have not really seen him dance, but I have seen his work in the Off Broadway play Alter Boys (a fabulous show about 5 Alter Boys that become a famous boy band - complete with "boy band" choreography. I was a little stunned that he knew all the moves - even more so when I realized that I knew them!!).
Anyway - congratulations again to DUC!!
